Guidelines for Agency Dispute Resolution Coordinators
This document is intended as a guide to the tools and resources available to Dispute Resolution (DR) Coordinators, and those responsible for selecting and assisting DR Coordinators in carrying out their roles. The tools have been developed both by federal agencies, who were the first to appoint agency DR Coordinators, and now by a handful of states.
